Successful promotion of the first and the second edition of the summer project of the Centre for Contemporary Art Ujazdowski Castle, combining elements of music, art, theatre, ecology and cuisine. Boosting the image of the Centre for Contemporary Art Ujazdowski Castle.
Development of an integrated promotional strategy; media relations activities; arranging interviews concerning specific issues; reaching also the mainstream media potentially not interested in the event.
Over 30,000 participants, more than 1,000 media publications, an average of 5 individual interviews in the media during each week throughout the project duration (and over 80 in total). Presence in both the mainstream media (e.g. morning TV shows) and media channels with a very specific profile (culinary, artistic, ecological). A two-fold increase in the number of visitors to the Centre for Contemporary Art Ujazdowski Castle when compared with the same period in previous years. According to the “Gazeta Wyborcza” daily newspaper, one of the most important events of summer 2013 in Warsaw.
